INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY CENTER
Innovation and technology center is a unique laboratory and research base.
The ITC specialists solve the following tasks in close cooperation with all branches production engineers of the group of companies «Soyuzsnab»:
- improvement of the existing formulations and manufacturing processes;
- development of formulations through the requests of the customers;
- development of new products and manufacturing technologies
The test laboratory center accredited for technical competence and independence by the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology (Rostest-Moscow) is performing a wide range of food product researches for compliance with the manufacturers' documentation according to the international and national Russian standards (GOST, TUF, ASTM, ISO, etc.); developing and implementing new techniques in compliance with the tasks of the Department of Technologies and Developments.
Production laboratory controls quality and safety indicators of input raw materials and finished products.
The Department of Technologies and Developments has eight specialized divisions with the employees taking part in the development of new products and manufacturing technologies.
Every year the range of commodity lines is changed by 30% at the average and about 200 customer projects are successfully carried out.
